Default mr. rebates, anyone use this before?

I was made aware of mrrebates.com recently and was wondering if anyone had any luck with them.

apparently you can use both, bing cash back, and mr rebates on ebay buy it now auctions.

been using them for at least five years. works really well.

i'm not so sure about uing both bing and mrrebates on ebay transactions. I've never had luck using them both on the same transaction. I think its one or the other. If not, that's some welcome news to me that I wish I would have known a lot earlier.

here's what i got from an ebay seller:

Cashback Instructions.

You must use Internet Explorer.

1. Go to http://www.bing.com and sign up for a cashback account (click cashback under extras in the upper right menu). Or if you already have a hotmail account you just need to link it. Either way, its simple the instructions walk you through it.

2. Click on this link to sign up at mrrebates.com and register.

http://www.mrrebates.com

3. Once you’re signed up for both go back to http://www.bing.com. In the search box type wii – a link to eBay should pop up in the sponsored result that says “You may get 8% off with Paypal if eligible.”

Looks like the following:

Wii

- http://www.eBay.comBing cashback

Buy Wii. You may get 8% off with PayPal if eligible.

Click on that eBay link. It will take you to eBay and once there you will see

at the top of the eBay screen. As long as that’s there you know you did it right.

4. Finally go back to http://www.mrrebates.com/ In the middle of the top of the screen select "All Stores" and select eBay. It will now take you to eBay and track your purchase.

Make sure you go to bing first, and mrrebates second. Make sure you complete purchase in the ebay window that mrrebates opens up. Thats how they track it and thats how you will get both cashback deals.

Currently, you get 3% back from mrrebates and 8% back from the bing.com cashback. Total 11%. Its not immediate, the cash sits in the accounts you’ve created for about 60 days. This is to prevent fraud, such as people having their friends buy stuff off of them and then canceling the auctions, etc.

Now just come back to my auction and purchase it like you would normally. As long as that green cashback banner is at the top of the page you can’t do it wrong.

Takes a little bit the first time with signing up and all that but its 100% worth it and only takes seconds on future purchases.

I guarantee it works, I have already maxed my bing.com cashback for the year. $2500 limit per year. The MrRebates doesn’t have a limit.
