The film offers a fascinating look into the world of legally blind professional runners. Courtesy of Gaumont. In 1987, director Wargnier won a Cesar Award (Best First Work) for his The Woman of My Life. He also directed Indochine (1992), starring Catherine Denueve, and the epic Est - Ouest (1999).
