Question SONY VPL-HS20 how much worth?

Hello,

I am thinking about projector, maybe benq w1000, but i found an auction of SONY VPL-HS20, 1000 hours of lamp used. I am new in projectors world, so maybe someone can tell how much worth this projector is?

I can't find spec of this projector... I find some spec on amazon, but i dont trust them..
3.2-megapixel resolution; broadcasts 1080i, 720p, HDMI?

can someone confirm this spec?

Thanks!

These stats are all accurate....

http://www.projectorcentral.com/sony_hs20.htm

$2,500 new (if you can find it, since it came out 6 years ago!)

I'd say, given the fact that it has 1,000 hours on the bulb...... it's worth $700 or so....

I say that given the fact that brand new projectors can be had for $700 that meet the resolution, but this sony is a 3-chip, and offers better specs etc..... at that price.

Thanks for the reply!

In my country the cheapest 1080p projector is benq w1000 and it costs $1700! So i think for now i will try to buy this sony PJ, and if you say that the limit should be $700, so it will be $700 In my country projectors are not popular, so i think i will succeed buying this PJ.
