Default Gory Films

Not sure if this is in the right place, so feel free to move it if it isn’t.

I'm a huge fan of gory films, and was wondering if someone could recommend any that have been released on blu.

Many Thanks

The Masters of Horror series is decent, or some of it is, anyway. Land of the Dead, Dawn of the Dead (the remakes)...

The last 20 minutes of the original Day of the Dead are legendary.

28 Weeks Later is one of the more gory flicks I've seen on BD. The scene where the guy meets his wife again in the hospital is brutal! But the winner for me has got to be Dead Alive(not on BD though).

The first one is called "First Blood" I believe. The Rambo he is talking about is the last one to come out in 2008 called "Rambo". Hope that helps.

Yep she mutated during one of them songs ala The Thing.

Rambo (2008) has to be the most recent gore fest. The jeep scene near the end... nuff said.

As of recently films that hype themselves on gore (saw, hostel) I have found to be very weak. But I did like The Descent, Land of The Dead (movie sucked some cool gore though)

Others:
Day of the Dead
28 Days/28 Weeks
Brain Dead
Zombi
Ichi The Killer
