Why not part 7? I can understand not liking 5,9 & 10 for various reasons. I think Part 7 is badass though.

It's OK I guess. I just can't get past the telekinesis stuff. I do think it's the number 1 Friday the 13th film in regards to how Jason looks without his mask on. I really wish the director's cut existed.

Easiest series in the world to rank. The first one's the best, and they get progressively less impressive until they become unwatchable. Really enjoy the first four. If THE FINAL CHAPTER were indeed the final chapter, that would be great. I pretend there aren't any after that one.

True, I think Jason looks the most threatening in parts 7 & 8. The telekinesis stuff is whatever to me but Jason is great in it. Also, I agree since you can tell they edited the hell out of the death scenes in this.

I didn't hate the Friday the 13th remake. I just felt like it played it way too safe. I love this franchise because of how creative it is, but the remake felt lazy. Yeah, it went back to the basics. But all they did was get elements from I-IV and combined into one movie. Like, come on. You couldn't do something more different than that? These movies don't need to be Oscar-worthy you know. It's not that hard to come up with something more original. Like maybe a Friday movie where it's set in the snow and a group of gang members relocate in Camp Crystal Lake. BAM! Off the top of my head, I just gave you something original.
