Sin City issues - Blu-ray Forum

Hey guys,

I bought this the other day and wonder if any of you guys have had issues with the audio on the first disc. It seems to skip out every now and then. I thought I got a bum disc, so I returned it to JB Hifi and got a new one but it does the same thing. The second disc with the Extended version does not have the same issue and I checked out my other titles, just to make sure that it wasn't my PS3 or my home theatre that was screwing up, but it seems the issue is coming from this first disc alone. Anyone else experienced this?

I haven't had any issues with mine. I purchased mine from JB day one and have now played in on both my Samsung BD-P1500 and the Sony BDP-S360. No probs on either. Any particular scenes it occurs in?

Just finished watching it again and it does it about 4 times during the film. Always happens when Bruce willis tells Nancy to shut her eyes after he shoots Rourke in the nuts

I dunno, the second disc with the extended cut is fine. I'm puzzled. I have the latest updates for my PS3 and this is the only title it does it on.

issue with the interactive comic book. it didn;t work at all. i was pressin away and nothing worked for me. f u ck !

Thats on the second disc yeah, worked ok for me, pretty cool actually. One of the best Blurays I have, just a little annoying with the audio issue on the first disc. Maybe its a firmware thing. Will see how it goes on the next PS3 update. It's still watchable though and there are two copies of the same film, so no big deal i suppose. just a little strange is all.

i have issue with the audio on the REG 1 2 disc set,, the dts on that didn't sound quite right at all. it had some distortion to it. i never have watch the region 4 DVD in oz..
but audio wise on disc one on BR, is sweeeeet !!
