Best 4K BluRay player to buy

Not looking to spend a mint but would like a player that doesn't have a ton of issues either.Would appreciate any suggestions.

any player can have issues depending on the disc, the mastering, the security encoding, not to mention the players firmware and technology.

best of luck, also, always include your budget, just saying you don't want to spend a mint means nothing.

Please someone help me to provide solution or the way around. I have Sony blu-ray player bdv-e3200 with 5.1 speakers and want to upgrade to 4k blu-ray player and search for ubp-x700 option but this model has only player nothing else. So 1. Can i use player from ubp-x700 and speaker from bdv-e3200 or 2. Since ubp-x3200 has only player so take output from one to another?

Finding a 4k player with optical output would be the only option. Why don’t you graduate from this all in one minimal setup, and acquire a recent budget AVR with HDMI 2.0 inputs for audio from 2nd HDMI port of a 4k player like x700. Buy whatever reasonable speaker combo that has normal 2 lead speaker wire terminals on the rear. This way something dies your not stuck with replacing everything all over for years.

Yes you can still buy combos with a AVR and speakers, but they aren’t great deals to acquire. Cheaper AVR’s offers great flexibility as well as greatly improved audio even with a pair of on sale real speakers.
