Speaker Experts, info. please

I am not a speaker expert and I would even venture to say not even close to a novice.

So, I am asking you to take a look and critique the specs below. This is a 8" in-the-ceiling speaker.

Different specs for different brands can mean different things. Meaning, the specs (unfortunately) can not tell the entire story. A speaker with similar specs is unlikely to perform the same (better or worse) than the one in question. If it's one thing I've learned about speakers, is that you need to rely more on "if what you hear, you like" opposed to what badge is slapped on it or what specs say. If it fits the application and the power is within your amp's range - the rest is up to the meters on the outside of your noggin (your ears). My two cents atleast.
