UPS misdelivered my Blu-ray's!

I can't believe it, I ordered some blu's from Barnes and Noble.com and the UPS delivery man gave them to someone else. I'm pissed, my address is clearly on the package and clearly on my well lit house! This has never happned to be before. Money down the drain! One of them was X mas gift too The tracking said delivered at 7:34 pm on porch and I got home at 7:50 pm & NO PACKAGE ON PORCH!

Call Barns & Noble and request a refund or another order. How can they make you responsible for something they left in the porch?

Man, I feel your pain bro! Because of my OCD, I only purchase my blu's at stores within driving distance!

The postal service lost a Blu-ray package of mine that was being tracked somewhere in Pennsylvania. I do not live in Pennsylvania, the package just disappeared in one of their processing plants. Walmart had to resend the package overnight Fedex to make it in time for Christmas.

Another package from eBay with delivery confirmation was supposedly delivered to my house, even though it was not. I had to eat the loss on that package, but it was only $5 in value.

Payed with Paypal, will open a claim after Xmas. I know mistakes do happen this time of the year with SO many packages being delivered. It's just never happened to me. I don't have a lot of bread right now.

I just know it was delivered to someone else. Hopefully the person who recieved it will to the right thing and get it to it's rightful recipient! There are not that many houses on my street.

This happened to me before. It said "Delivered" but it wasn't here. One day later, it appeared on my porch - the UPS guy had misread the address and delivered it 3 houses down. I had called Amazon and they offered a full refund or to re-send it, but they told me to wait in case it appeared - and it did. Be patient! Maybe it'll show up, it is the Xmas season after all.

One time, my UPS package was delivered and left with "Ponch" and I definitely knew I wouldnt get it. Erik Estrada seems like the kind who would keep the package.

Give it a day or two, your package should show up.If it was deliver at the wrong place hopefully they person who got the package would call UPS and let them know...

I ordered a new BD player that I paid 200 bucks for off ebay about 3 weeks ago... when I moved I changed my PP addy (you know the one everyone uses) but didnt consider my ebay one... the guy sent it to my OLD ADDY!!! I was mortified that I would never see it! I did get it back after leaving a note (getting NO CALL) and then showing up at like 9:00 at night to get my package... that was really scary!!

OP I feel for you. UPS isn't the most reliable service out there. I hope you'll still receive your package tomorrow.

OP you should contact UPS I used to work management for them back in the days. I know they have a policy regarding lost packages in which they can refund you the amount it cost for the order plus a free delivery.

That's a bummer. If they left them on the porch though... maybe they were delivered to your address and someone walked away with them.

The closest I had to that is I once moved and a few weeks later something I forgot about that was backordered forever shipped out to my old address. I contacted the people in the place I used to live and they denied receiving it but eventually they sent it back and eventually it was shipped to my new house.

Took like another month, it was a hassle.

I'm sure you'd just "roll with the punches" if someone else got your delivery.

To the OP. This has happened a couple of times to me and UPS took care of it both times, although I realize in your case it's "crunch time" being Christmas. Hope it works out for you.
