The site for the new Hulk movie is up. Universal, of course, so hopefully by the time this hits disc, the format war will be history. We've got more than a year's wait, so I'd say it's a very strong possibility that we'll see a Blu Hulk. I can do without the melodramatic and "trying to make an important statement" first film, but this sounds like it will actually be a Hulk movie, and with an awesome cast. Not much to see yet, but I'm sure updates are coming.

A little follow up . . . they revealed the concept art for what the new Hulk will look like at ComicCon. Very short check it out.
