Default Spreading Blu Cheer this Year!

We always have threads about what we want and what we are getting. I thought this thread would be a good idea.

In what ways have you spread blu cheer this year?

Blu-rays (That I've bought in the last 3 weeks)
Live free or Die hard and Equilibrium -- Bought for my brother
Wizard of Oz -- Bought for my Mom
Bourne Trilogy -- Bought for a friend
Nightmare Before Christmas -- Bought for a friend
Coraline -- Bought for a Friend

What blu-ray movies, or players have you bought this Holiday season for someone else?

I've only bought one and that was Day After Tomorrow for my dad. I remember hearing him say, "Hey, this movie would look good on Bluray." So that pretty much sealed the deal for me.

I got the Proposal for my Mom.

My parents and I are the only ones in the family with a BD player. It's kind of sad.

I am getting a Blu-Ray player this year for Christmas. Not sure what brand or anything but I know I have the following movies coming for sure (I love telling people about the Target 5 dollar deal and my siblings are horrible at keeping secrets. I also bought two in anticipation):

Resident Evil
Donnie Darko
Napoleon Dynamite
The Wedding Singer
Bruno
Speed
Reservoir Dogs

So I am pretty excited. Not a bad start to my blu collection

my parents got my brother and his family a 42" LG tv for christmas and a LG bd390 for his birthday (belated). which is great because those things my brother and wife never would have bought for themselves. to start their collection they got: tdk (for the adults), up, monsters inc., gi joe, and the sisterhood of the traveling pants movies for my niece.

Got the Mrs. the Marley & Me/Princess Bride two-pack. Would be happy to spread more Blu cheer but we're the only ones in my family with a Blu-Ray player.

Instead of ornaments, I've hung Blu-ray's on my tree. How's that?

My son & I do for each other ALL YEAR...don't feel we need a calendar to tell us when to feel like showing our love, or sharing by way of a present. With that said, he gave me RAMBO (the 7.1 blew my mind), I gave him HEAT (my copy made him envious, it's so superior in PQ & AQ ).

I have been hosting movie nights at my apartment for the past several months; sometimes it is at my parents house so I bring my PS3 all the way there to show Blu-ray movies. Apparently they liked it because my parents and my sister and her husband just got Blu-ray players for Christmas. I bought The Hangover for my sister for Christmas.
