Default Kuro Elite pro 151 delay in audio to receiver??

I have the 151's audio out hooked into my Onkyo receiver. I notice a nasty delay on the audio when watching TV. It's enough to be very annoying.

Anybody got any idea on how or if this can be fixed?

Is it every station? Because I know sometimes I get that but it's the station, and it's random on that station.

All stations. It's ok to watch a football game where you aren't seeing the mouth mooving. Basically unwatchable where you see anyone speaking.

Sorry about the sound delay (hopefully an easy receiver adjustment fix), but how awesome is the picture on the 151???

Hi. Are you on satellite? I sometimes have the same problem, but it's not a constant thing. I've been wondering if the problem is connected to the Dish DVR.

I have the 151 too. Thought it would be too big. Took very few movies for me to wish I'd had another $1500! Still the best set on the planet.

Anyhow, Accu-Cal is coming in a couple of weeks, and we'll check it out. I had Jeff calibrate it last Christmas and got this wild hair to get him to "tweak it" again this year.

I know. There's something really wrong with me.

I will check some more settings on the receiver and see what I can figure out.

I am just on basic cable. I really don't watch much TV. For the most part I just use the speakers on the TV. Most everything I watch is either Blu or some TV shows on DVD. Of course that is all with the full audio set up and I have zero problems there.

I have had the 151 since May and it seems to get even better the more I use it. It is almost distracting how good it looks since you find yourself paying attention to details. Even watching something like "Love, Actually" tonight you just notice so much detail.

As far as the size it is amazing how quickly you adjust to the size and it really doesn't seem large at all. Thankfully there isn't a larger Pioneer or I would go larger.

I have similar gear to yours, but no similar problem. I switch everything through my Onk TX SR876, and run a single HDMI from the AVR to the TV. Just curious.... what causes you to need to send audio from the TV to the receiver?
