Axelmusic Experiences?

I just made my first import purchase through Axelmusic.com. I would like to hear any pos or neg experiences any of you have had with them...specifically how fast is their shipping to the US. Feel free to post any customer service issues and whatnot as well.

Btw, I just ordered the Halloween Triple Feature box set (Curse of MM, H20, and Resurrection) through them for under $25 shipped, which is a great deal.

I've made various purchases with them, but it was the other way around (buying US discs to have them shipped to EU).

Overall experience is very good:
- packages arrive on time and they offer clients the possibility to rate the various shipping methods they have, to improve shipping times to your country.
- Never had a defective item arrive from them. Packing is pretty good (bubble wrap adds protection)
- Good customer support: when contacting them I had an answer within 24h
- They try their best to meet customer demands (I got a backorder without slip cover and they went above and beyond to ship a slipcover to me, free of charge)

On the downside, I have the impression they tend to be more expensive than Amazon US, even when taking into account they already paid import VAT for their customers.

Bottom line, I'd say it's safe to order with them if you're happy with the price of the item

Customer service is outstanding. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Can´t comment on the shipping to US since i live in Sweden =)

I've ordered from them +30 times and can say they are nothing short of excellent! Their prices are a little high because they mainly focus on selling US discs to European customers, but the advantage is that no extra fees or duties can be charged..

They have an MSN customer service which is great, and they also tend to ship up to 2 weeks before release date

Can't tell you anything about shipping to the US though, as I am from Denmark
