What Indian BD title do you think is the best when considering firstly and mostly the film in itself (most enjoyable, fun etc) and to secondly opinion/choice about the best PQ?
Sorry I had to ask this dumb question but I really don't know anything about Bollywood films. |

Lage Raho Munnabhai - Enjoyable movie. Not so stunning blu but worth it, IMO. Sivaji - Stunning Blu. Movie is typical Indian masala stuff (hero rises above ALL odds- colorful songs - happy ending) that would appeal to the masses. Om Shanti Om - Good Blu and fun popcorn flick (Beware, lots of comedy targeted towards audience who are familiar with Bollywood and its people.) Apart from these three the rest of the titles released so far are either classics (which may not appeal to everyone) or that are not worth my time or money. It's just my view point and as always with any movie, taste differs ![]() BTW, Sivaji is not a Bollywood (Hindi) film but Tamil (One of the many Indian Regional Languages) Last edited by scorpion83; 01-06-2010 at 07:35 PM. |

I disagree, i think it's quite well done. No need to be harsh; it looks much better on my television than many of my Hollywood movies!

Eros 2nd blu OSO is much better than Eros later release Billu Barber
![]() Seriously, OSO is not a bad blu-ray - I should thank Eros for the acceptable PQ and correct subtitle placement of OSO. I have to agree with Blu-curry. Also should note that OSO is not the best or it should not be considered as the norm. OSO is no way near Sivaji which is my benchmark for Indian blu-rays. However, it is better than some Hollywood blu-rays. Last edited by syncguy; 01-07-2010 at 12:14 AM. |

Sivaji is the best PQ IMO - better than many Hollywood blu-rays. Ghajini PQ may be on par or even better than Sivaji - I haven't seen this yet.
