ordering from amazon Canada?

my question is, i want to preorder and order some movies on blu ray from amazon canada, is it possible? if so how do i calculate the cost? and shipping? for example i want to order the halloween triple feature blu ray.

you dont have to calculate anything its the same as ordering from US amazon. if your question is how much it is in US dollars there are many currency conversion sites that will do that for you. i use http://www.xe.com/ucc/

Yes its totally possible...If you have a Amazon account, you can just use that to log into Amazon CA...the website is set up the same way...once you get to check out, your total will show in U.S dollars.

As a Canadian that orders from Amazon.com ALL OF THE TIME, I only ever get my total in U.S. dollars. They don't do any conversions for ME. Also, I find it interesting that U.S. customers shopping on Amazon.ca don't get charged import/duty taxes on their orders but us Canadian customers shopping on Amazon.com get nailed with ridiculous import/duty taxes.

To the OP: The only potential downside to shopping on Amazon.ca for U.S. residents is the shipping time. Due to the international shipping, it may take a day or two longer for you. Oh, and Amazon.ca prices tend to be approximately $10 more than Amazon.com prices for the exact same title.

yeah but most people who order from amazon.ca only do so for releases that arent available in the US. i dont think people just order something they can get in the US from canada for shits and giggles.
