Ok well my panny bd-30 is finally starting to kick the bucket, getting very loud and having trouble reading Blu discs, DVD reading is completely gone.
I am looking at one of these two players, and these two players only. When i bought my BD30 it was upgrading from the sony s300 for the HD audio codecs. To my disappointment however the panasonic handled dvd far worse then my s300 which was not the end all itself. My question is... Has panasonic done anything at all to improve the upconversion in this line of units? I have a ton of TVdvd that i want to get the most out of. My open question is.... how do these two models stack up against each other in other areas. Convenience, features, FW support, etc... I have heard talk of some people needing flashdrives and other nonsense to play a movie... does this apply to either of these players. (btw i have no interest in BDlive features) Thanks in advance for any advice, comments, suggestions. |
