How to get rid of a hangover - Blu-ray Forum

Since most of yall will need this tomorrow:

Best ever hangover cure:

As soon as you get up, drink 2 full tall glasses of water with some Advil.

Go to the nearest McDonalds and order either 2 double cheeseburgers or 2 spicy chickens with a medium sized fry and a medium drink, which must be either a Dr. Pepper or a Coke.

Take a shower with the water set for the highest temperature you can stand. Let the water just run over your face.

At some point, evacuate your bowels...

Take a nap.

Wait about 8-12 hours.

And I gaurantee you hangover will be gone!

sounds like a good method. tell me, do you evacuate your bowels in the shower?

I will stick to my steak, eggs and juice method.

I hear it's good to take the Ibuprofen/Excedrin with a good bit of water before you get smashed. Since drinking alot dehydrates you

Just thinking the water pressure might not be enough to flush it away, im rural you see, and use a pump.

Granted I'm older than most on here, but my method is: I don't drink that much and then I don't have a hangover the next day.

and if u can swing it, have sex or ride the alone train!!!

Some good ideas here. I can honestly say I've never had a hangover. Just a high tolerance I assume.

I used to use Spicy V8. I'd slam a couple of glasses of that and go back to bed for a few hours.

Water water water water.

Hangovers are caused by dehydration.

The best way to prevent them is to drink two big glasses of water before you sleep while you are still drunk.

I just woke up and it's 12:15pm EST. I went to bed at 4am. I had a few drinks, and I have slight hangover. Usually I just eat and take Advil and I'm good to go.
