Default Denon 2309 problem green screen

Recently my Denon 2309 has been acting up. When I change channels on my comcast cable box the TV goes to a green screen but the audio works fine. This is an issue with my receiver because I when I take the receiver off and put it back on it goes back to working like it should. Has anyone encountered an issue like this and if so what did you do?
Thanks.

I would bet that it's an issue with the comcast cable box and not the AVR. Those comcast boxes are notorious for HDMI handshake problems.

I had the exact same thing with my Pioneer AVR and DirecTv DVR box when I first got it. To fix it, I went into the DVR box menu and changed the "Native" setting to Off. Hopefully this will work for you too!

I was told by a rep at Denon to unplug all the HDMI cables and wait 10 minutes to replug them. I did what he recommended and the issue was resolved.
