Why hasn't Amazon.com done a Blu-ray Steelbook yet?

I thought they originally only released the last 3 exclusively, then later received the initial 6. Probably from leftover BB stock.

Anything else since then? Seems like Amazon.de and Amazon.uk have done several.

they did end up selling the other 6 for a short while too.

Steelbooks in general are an overseas thing and a few in Canada...they just arent a huge hit in the states i dont think
