Australia Harry Potter re-releases (Unique Artwork)

Just thought I'd point out that the Aussie re-releases (out July 1st) of the Harry Potter Blu-rays were going to boast quite unique artwork compared to the UK re-releases. Only the 4th movie hasn't got an updated cover. It'll come.

They look strange. I mean this is the first time I see some special effect created creatures being in front of a blu-ray instead of real actors Especially when those creatures aren't the heroes! Quite a risked choice for WB here! (especially on the first and second movies)

I'm loving the artwork, but why wouldn't they make Goblet of Fire the same as the rest? It just seems pointless to me.

Like I said in my first post, the HP4 artwork hasn't been updated on the website yet. You really think they'd do the 1, 2, 3 and 5 and no 4?

Didn't see that bit, sorry.

Suprised they didn't update them all at the same time, though.

It's quite alright. I'm sorry if I sounded harsh, mate. Welcome to the boards.

Yeah, I checked over at Big W and they too do not have an update on the HP4 cover. I'm guessing it just hasn't been released yet. We'll see when it comes out anyway. There's no reason to not change the cover like on the other four movies.

What is the purpose of the re-release though? I didn't see any differences other than the artwork.

They might fix the issue with the first movie where it was the US version with "Sorcerer's Stone" being in the dialogue.

Is there anything else new in this release other than the artworks. The PQ of first few HP releases is terrible. Would that get better in this release?

Only the artwork is different, the discs are the same.

According to Amazon.com new Ultimate Editions will be released for the first two films. I'ts unknown at this time however what Ultimate Edition really means.

So it appears like a marketing tactic to attract more people.

Sorry. Not really.. that's how I see it. The 1st HP is the worst if not one of worse BD that I have seen. 2nd bit better and so on... The 5th is good.
