I guess if you aren't looking through asian movie forums then you wouldn't see it. But it is about Yip Man, the sifu of Bruce Lee.

Ip Man 2 is going to be awesome, especially with Sammo Hung being in the movie. I can't wait to watch Donnie and Sammo battle it out like they did in SPL.

Is that from Killzone? I don't own the movie but thought it looks familiar. If it is Killzone, is that on Blu anywhere?

That is from Killzone, which is actually called SPL (It is called Killzone in the US). You can import SPL from many different sites, like dddhouse.

Not yet, but seeing as it just got release in theaters recently it won't be long. Hong Kong tends to release their blus pretty fast after the theatrical release.

Saw it. I didn't like to too much.

[Show spoiler] The movie had too much of a Rocky feel to it. The underdog against big odds, wins, celebrates, wife is at home with child. I was waiting for him to yell Adrian. Also the Bruce Lee thing at the end felt like a cop out, they had a child play him. Though I wonder if Ip Man 3 comes out with him training Lee. Oh also about the fight between Sammo and Yen, it was meh. They didn't let loose with the same fighting style in SPL so it was pretty tame. Pretty awesome still but not as entertaining as the SPL fight.

That's news for the first film. I'm sure an HK or Taiwanese Blu-ray will probably be released. But, if it doesn't have English subtitles, there'll be a US release for Ip Man 2 next year.

From your spoiler, I'm not really sure if you understand the technicalities of the movie. I mean, Bruce Lee is supposed to be played by a kid. Also, you are not going to get the same fighting styles that you see in SPL because that movie gives a decent mix of different styles. Ip Man was specifically Wing Chun, so that's all you are going to see (I like that better than what you see in SPL).

Same here but Ip Man 2 is still an enjoyable film!

Love the duel btw Don & Sam on the round table. Phew....!
Also I find some parts are quite hilarious.

The ending challenge kind of reminding me of Jet Li's Fearless. Overall, it's still a good action HK film. Will certainly get this in BD!
