Exclamation Harry Potter UCE audio

I am posting a separate thread about this b/c the question keeps getting looked over in the big one. Can anyone explain the audio, on both versions i only get DTS-HDMA 5.1 not 6.1? Can any one else tell me what i might not be doing or if it was a "misprint"

The 6.1 surround tracks are only available on the theatrical cuts of the UCE films. The extended cuts only include 5.1 tracks. I'm not sure if that's the source of your issue, but I hope it helps!

Are you bit streaming the dts ma track?
Do you have your receiver setup up as 7.1?

In my case I have hd dvd that had dolby tru hd EX, which is basically 6.1.
If I try PCM from the toshiba a35 I only get 5.1, if I bit stream I get 6.1 to light up on my receiver. I know if you don't have the back surround speakers I am sure it will default to only 5.1.
Hope this helps.

If you receiver actually displays dts ma 5.1 then it is bit streaming.
Do you have another 6.1 disc possilby to try, I know T2 Skynet edition is 6.1
There might be a setting in your receiver also that will enable that back surround channel. I would also turn off KURO link if you have that setup that way to see if that could be causing issues.
I wish you luck.
