Default Digital Copy/iTunes problem

Hello friends. I just picked up an iPod Touch and I'm having no luck with any of my Digital Copies that were included with some of my blu-rays. So far I transfered 3 movies via iTunes to my computer. The problem is, none of them will play on the computer in iTunes. I click play and I get a grey screen with no sound. You can see the play bar moving along and counting time, but no picture or sound. I click on the chapters icon and I see thumbnails for the movie. When I tried to sync the videos to my new iPod and I got the message: "some of the items in the iTunes library, including X-Men Origins Wolverine were not copied to the iPod because you are not authorized to play them on this computer. To authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes store choose Store>authorize computer." I think I did that yesterday and got the message: your computer is already authorized. Does anyone have any suggestions for a guy who's feeling like a technically challenged old man???

Thanks.

1 - Did you physically insert the disc and enter the code and did it pull the copy into iTunes? (it should have open iTunes and shown the progress of it copying)

2 - Do you have the latest copy of iTunes?

3 - What operating system are you running?

4 - Do you see the movies in iTunes under Movies?

That should help get you started in the right direction

OK, I feel stupid but I think I just stumble onto it. I double clicked on the movie in iTunes on my computer and suddenly the picture showed up. I will try to sync the movies to my iPod in a few minutes.

Thanks
