Default Favorite/Memorable Movie seen during a Plane/Train/Bus ride

Maybe it was when you were really young and scared during you first plane trip, and the only thing that calmed you was E.T. eating Reese's Pieces. Or it could be that trip cross country on a bus that made you realize that chick flicks aren't that bad after all.
Where did you go?
How did you travel?
What was the movie?

Plus anything else you'd like to share would be great.

I saw Ronin for the first time on my flight to Brazil. It's still one of my favorite movies.

I just bought that recently from Amazon for Peanuts, it's awesome! (Even though alot of people say it's a sub par transfer, I had to have it)

I'm going to give this thread CPR because I feel like there's bound to be some interesting stories to be told.

I saw Point Break for the first time while riding a bus in Europe. I was like 13, and the movie showed full nudity, so I remember it well.

I also saw T2 (again) on that bus, so it was a pretty fun ride.

I saw Buena Vista Social Club when I was flying down to Caracas for work. Got the CD soon after that. Great tunes!

Fortunately Caracas turned out nicer than the downtrodden Cuban neighborhoods shown in the film. It has gone way downhill in the 10 yrs since then though.

I saw "You've Got Mail" on a flight to Hawaii, which is the only way I would have seen it - not a chance I ever would have bought or rented it. Actually, I kind of enjoyed it.

Memorable bus scene has to be in Midnight Cowboy when Ratso(Hoffman} dies and Voight puts his arm around him. Very moving.

I went to England a few years ago and saw Hitch on the plane ride over. I really enjoyed it! Definitely one of my favorite movies.

any favorite memorable moment of mine would be
as a kid when i watched T2
the emotions i had gotten from that film

not really in the context of bus, train or plane ride.
but the film itself has such value to me

i remember wanting Arnold to be my dad! for so many years

priceless.

You would have HAD to have trapped me on a plane at 20,000ft. to suggest that I watch "Miracle" or "Kit Kittredge: An American Girl".
The latter wasn't all that bad, and the former I now own on Blu.

Now, as to that last trip, and getting stuck watching "Swing Vote" on three separate flights, two in one day...
(And a day flight, too, so I couldn't sleep through it like I could with "Mean Girls" or "Clockstoppers".)

I think your the first to suggest "the worst films" to see on a plane/bus/train, I didn't even think of that. There has got to be lots to choose from there!
