Lightbulb "This title is in your collection" - But where??

If you have added a BD-title to your collection with the 'Add to collection'-button,
the button will be replaced with a link with the text 'This title is in your collection'.
And when you click on it, you simply go to your collection, just like you'd click the 'My BDs'-link on the right.

Wouldn't it be handier if it would also indicate in which category of your collection that particular title is exactly?
So, for example, that it would show 'This title is in your collection (Wishlist)'
and the link would take you to that specific category in your collection.

This is something that has been "bothering" me ever since I joined here.
It would just be handy if you could go directly to it.
Because now it's like, OK, it's in my collection, but with the amount of titles I have in there, the link isn't going to help much.
And this might be for a lot of users here, who have many titles in their lists.

For now my quick search method is I have my list in 500 title view and click Command F Title to find a title. If you have more than 500, you go to page 2 or 3 etc. to do that, or alternatively, click on the letter link near the top and then Command F Title.

You have a point, it previously actually took you to the category that it's in, but I also made it so it displays the category on the BD entry. "Search collection" is also a good function for those with big collections

I also made a similar improvement for your price trackings, instead of simply stating that you are currently price tracking a title, it will now also display your target price.

Any chance it might be possible to take one to the actual page or, even better, perform a title search in ones collection directly?

I still think that when you click on the link of "this title is already in your collection" it should take you to the same page that you go to when you add a title for the first time but instead of the option to add to collection change it move to and a remove from collection option. Something like this would be more then adequate:

That's great.
Saves me from wondering about the details and having to go to the edit-page.
It really helps to instantly see more information indeed.
Thanks for updating and improving!

Oh, hey again.
Sorry to whine about this, but I think there's something else I'd like to see in this particular feature:

I think it would be handy if you could also instantly remove the title from your collection,
just like you are able to add one on the title's page itself.
So that for example, once you've added the title, that it not only changes the "add"-button into text showing that it's in your collection and where,
but that it also adds a button which is basically a "remove (from collection)"-button.
So you don't have to go to your collection-page, then find and select the title and hit the 'Delete'-button.
I think that's a bit too far away to just go and remove a single title.
If it could be done that you just hit a single button on the release-page, that would save a lot of hassle
and probably clean up lists a lot quicker and easier.

Just another idea.
Greetings and to a good year for Blu-ray and the people who love it.

I would not want that. Sometimes I click the wrong link, and I would not like that there is one button that could instantly remove the currently viewed item from my collection.

How about just a little "D" (like on the price-tracking-page) or a "Delete/Remove" text-button next to or under it?

If not that, maybe some kind of "Are you sure?"-prompt.

I just REALLY don't like having to surf that far to delete a single title,
especially when I'm already on the title's page and I don't have the option right there.

Should be sóme way that it can be done without it being a problem and only an improvement.

I think that would work for Deleting it, but then it keeps me away from the list again.
Hm, not sure which way is better.

This would be a good solution.

This would be even better! All the options just one click away from every database entry!
