Not a dedicated HT room but one half of our living room. Pictures are in the gallery.

The gear:
AV receiver: Onkyo TX-NR626
Blu-ray player: OPPO BDP-103
Gaming: XBox One
HDDVD: Toshiba HD-EP35 (not connected but can be in 30 seconds if needed)
TV: some cheap Grundig 40" FullHD
Speakers: Visonik (Berlin based manufacturer, that does not exist anymore) with a 4.1 setup
Projector: Epson EH-TW9200W (5030 in the US)
Screen: 2.78m wide (110") scope screen (simply a flat wall with white paint)
Remote: Logitech Harmony 555
Shaker: Buttkicker LFE

The subwoofer is not really strong enough for the room but other than that I'm happy and don't plan any changes in the near future.

Thank you all for the kind words and comments!

Its not the ultimate home theater but I can relax best in a cozy living room. I know I have to make some compromises but in the end, not only technical aspects but the personal ideal combination of all influencing factors determine the enjoyment.
I totally love how everyone tries to reach this individual optimum (within the financial limitations) and the amazing variety of setups to be found here as a result. Browsing through these systems here is a lot of fun and motivated me to present my own installation.

Never been in that part of Germany. Have family in Rosenheim. Will be there this summer for family reunion.
