An all-new Wipeout game for PS3 is in development

An all-new Wipeout game for PS3 is in development at Sony's Liverpool studio.

At least, it was - and may still be - according to the CV Martin Linklater, who now works for Bizarre Creations.

According to VG247, Linklater left Sony after it cut staff count at Sony Liverpool in January. He previously worked on Wipeout HD and Wipeout Pure for PSP.

However, the CV of Linklater - who now works on titles such as Activision's Blur at Bizarre - also reads:
