Last week, 91% of those who participated indicated that they were buying 300 last week. Them's some nice numbers... how will this week turn out?

I gotta have my Turtles. I'm hoping for it to be closer to the original b/w comics. And I can't help but be curious about the FF:TSW release. I saw it theatrically and enjoyed it a lot, bought the DVD too. A rare upgrade.

TMNT for me.

Not sure I will keep it, but I will take a chance. I have sort of been taking the philosophy lately of buying a movie: if I like it I keep it if I don't I sell it for a loss, but its more convenient for me that to try and go to Blockbuster on the release day since I have a job.

Last 4 release day purchases:

300 (keep)
Shooter (keep)
Premonition (sold)
Apocalypto (sold, would have kept but my wife did not like the violence)

grew up reading eastman and laird`s tmnt so I will be supporting this one and looking into some other titles as well this week ,finally my 300 ,shooter and untouchables came in lol

Arlington Road is an absolutely brilliant movie - I love it.

I will be replacing my DVD copy with the Blu-ray version for sure. Everyone cast in this movie was brilliant.

I took a sneak peek at FF, and it looks to me better than the IMAX print I saw. Contrastier, sharper, less hazy/fuzzy. Aki's dream reconstruction is in HD too. Improvement over my PAL DVD. More skin spots!
