Default Distances and Knobs?

I know I've posted a TON on this forum haha, but I've had so many questions to make my home theater system perfect and that it won't blow any time soon.

Each speaker is around 6 feet away from my listening area, but they're all set at 20, except the rear. The rear is set to 5.6 feet and those are around 3 feet away.

Since I made the distance so much further than the real distance, is that going to hurt the speakers in any way? I love my speakers nice and loud. My normal listening on my Denon 1910 is -22 to -15, depending on the movie.

I have an Energy XL-S8 Subwoofer with the crossover to 100 Hz and the volume in between 7 and 8 out of 10. This won't blow the subwoofer right?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just want to feel relieved to have this system done with so I can just turn it on, enjoy it, and not worry about it blowing or that I did something wrong with it.
