Default Sony S360 Audio Sync Problem [Solved]

I just bought a new Sony S360 player for my TV downstairs and I popped in King Kong to test it out. The picture is great but the audio was out of sync. I tried various settings on the player (switching everything to downmix and such) but had no luck. The player is connected to the TV via HDMI. The audio comes out of my TV and into my receiver via analog stereo. The receiver is an ADCOM (very old but still very good).

I haven't tried connecting the player's audio out right into my receiver yet. Do you think that could be the issue? If not what could it be? The TV is an older Samsung (720p), but I don't have the model number on me at the moment. Maybe the audio processor is too slow? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
