Bad 300 copy

Hey, i was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing problems with their version of 300 on blu ray? i've noticed while watching it that the screen is constantly blinking the brightness, in dark scenes it doesnt happen but in the light i can notice this. I'm watching it on my ps3 with a Sony bravia x series 40" with a good hdmi cable. Never happened before with other films.

I've put in other movies and havent noticed this problem so i'm assuming it's not my equipment. Well all i want to know is that if it's possible i have a bad copy of the movie and should exchange it for another?
