Onkyo TX-SR-705 - Blu-ray Forum

I'm wanting to upgrade my receiver and I'm looking at the Pioneer Elite 92 and the Onkyo 705. There is a significant price different between the two, and CC has the 705 onsale for $719 plus another 50 bucks off.

Anyone had any experience with the 705?

Not yet but the 605 is only $499 and does almost the same stuff. The 605 still has v1.3 HDMI and TrueHD, DTS-MA, and all that good stuff.
