I just got this in regular DVD, and I saw somewhere that is coming on blu ray. Does any one have any true to this rumor?

Far as I Know NBC only had plans to release this on DVD; unless plans changed its a drag

Couldn't tell you. But are you really gonna sit down someday and watch the whole 2008 Olympics?

I would love for some 2008 olympic HD goodness. Anything would be great including the opening ceremonies, I would also hope for some of the incredible highlights as well.

I'm a little biased, but mainly I'm really wanting the swimming highlights, all of Michael Phelps' races would be amazing. Then it wouldn't have to be a once and a lifetime occurrance to remember.
