Amazon Prime can be shared with 4 family members - Blu-ray Forum

Hey All,
Was going thru some articles, found this interesting.. I've only been a registered person here since Jan'11 but didn't know Amazon Prime could be shared with family members.. Here's the link to the article..

Since the wife and I both use Amazon I think I'll be signing up for Prime since we both can use for what the cost of $79 a year?

Didn't know if anybody knew this already but hey for a noob like me doesn't hurt to share some info

Note -> I think all people sharing MUST live at the same address..

No, they don't. I have a "nephew" that's piggybacking off my account, and he lives 800 miles away.

I threw my wife onto my account so she could do some x-mas shopping for me w/o me getting emails on what she ordered.

Yeah I shared an account with my cousin all last year with different addresses. It even keeps your wishlist separate. Although I think only the primary prime account member has access to the streaming catalog.

Back in the early days of when I joined this site (late 2007/early 2008) there used to constantly be threads where members were teaming up to buy Prime memberships together. Eventually the site stopped allowing those threads.
