Default Still M.I.A. on Blu-ray

And I have yet to hear anything about a future release of AI: Artificial Intelligence on the format. If ever a Sci-Fi movie deserved to be seen in the absolute best picture quality available for home video, it's got to be A.I.

A.I. was released in the Summer of 2001, and I'm still haunted by the images of the Twin Towers in the movie. Standing proudly still, some 2,000 years into the future, when much of North America is covered by a deep layer of snow and ice.

I contacted DreamWorks about a release on Blu awhile back, but never heard anything from them. Maybe one of these days...

terrific film. One of my favorite Spielbergs, and I love that Kubrick started it. If anyone knows Spielberg's and Kubrick's styles, you can tell that the movie was directed in a tribute to Kubrick, and I love that. Hope that made sense.

One day, this will make a fantastic blu!

Well, many Spielberg films are lined up for this year, this will probably come out sooner than later. I'd rather they take the time and get a quality newly remastered disc out there than some rushed botch job.

Talk about a generic thread title....
I thought this was going to be someone listing (or asking about) a bunch of titles not yet on BD (instead of just A.I.)....I was going to say: It sure would be a lot easier to make a list of the movies available on BD than to try and make one with the films not yet on BD!

Anyway, yeah, I want A.I. on BD as well....definitely one of my top three favorite Spielberg films....
