Panasonic has revealed at least some of the prices of its upcoming 3D hardware, as well as showing more of its 2010 product lineup.
At a spectacular press and dealer roll-out in Munich, the company revealed that its 50 inch TX-P50VT20 will street at around £2,000. The larger 65inch TX-P65VT20 model will be priced 'closer to £4,000'. Both 3D sets will ship with two pairs of Active Shutter glasses included. Additional 3D eyeware will sell 'for around £100' each. No price was given for the brand's DMP-BDT300 Blu-ray player, although a spokesman told HCC 'it will probably be around 500.' One attribute of note for all the brand's Blu-ray line-up this year is an Ultra Fast Boot time, said to be 0.5 seconds to power up. £2000 for a 50 inch 3D Panny not bad thought we would be looking at double that |
