how much does it cost if i were to ship from the states?

To ship one Blu-ray movie from Canada to the US Amazon charges $9.98 (Canadian)

. Not sure how much it is from the US to Canada.

I keep adding to my cart until I have $25.00 worth of purchases then I get free shipping.

How do you get free shipping once you have 25.00 worth of stuff?

Anytime i have bought from amazon.ca i get charged more for shipping with the more i buy
