Default Wondering? Panny DMP30 vs DMP65

Need some advice please. I have the Panny DMP30 and I was wondering what is the biggest difference between the two. I know about the networking that the dmp 65 has, but is it worth the upgrade per video and sound quality.

Thanks

I am loyal to Panasonic, the 30 is what I have now, will upgrade later this year, maybe early next. I feel a lot of the early Blu-ray players had issues, as the new models come out, it seems all manufactures are addressing them and making them better. Prices are defiantly more affordable than they were a few years ago.
