Agree. It will be interesting if he goes into some of the changes he made to it. The test screening had a few longer scenes, the ending was structured slightly different and the song Roxanne by The Police was played in the test but switched to F*** the police for final cut.

I am not a fan of the horror genre but this one is worth repeated viewing for me because the underlying messages are much more complex than I expected. On the surface as a typical horror film, it has some flaws in its execution so I'm not surprised that many didn't like it.
I find it interesting that Jordan Peele's career so far seems to follow the track of M. Night Shyamalan. |
