On the follow-up, I do believe that the advertisement was indeed labelled misleading and has since been pulled from TV. Square Enix playing dumb in the whole incident just makes them look even stupider. They're of course more interested in making more sales instead of just admitting that yeah-we tried selling it based on the sharper PS3 graphics but thought no one would notice. Perfect example of what happens when a game is written on the PS3's strength and is able to take advantage of a higher video bitrate due to the amount of space that a Blu-Ray disc can handle versus the 3 DVD's that the 360 version utilized. Long have the 360 fans crowed about the fact that everything on the 360 has always looked better, played better blah blah blah and yet forget the fact that most games that come over to the PS3 are not developed on that system's strengths but are generally ports from the 360 and thus suffer as a result.
Case in point of a great game written on the PS3's strengths? Uncharted 2
