Bruce Dickinson mentioned in a recent video that his guitarist/producer Roy Z was missing the The Mandrake Project tour to work on Atmos remixing/reimagining for Bruce’s solo catalog.
https://planetradio.co.uk/planet-roc...w-planet-rock/ “we are in the middle of doing Dolby Atmos mixes for all my back catalogue. And that requires quite a lot of stuff because we're not just re mixing, we are also - what's the expression? - reimagining some of the albums. “So some of the albums that should have been frankly a bit heavier like ‘Balls to Picasso’ we can stick some new stuff on. And there's some stuff that didn't get mixed onto the album that was recorded that we can take a view on as well. So there's quite a lot of exciting stuff going on there. So there's gonna be lots for him to get on with whilst we're touring.” There was no mention how the albums will be available but given Bruce’s association with Maiden, I can’t imagine that a physical release isn’t on the way. |

For another artist I would probably agree with you, but Iron Maiden are the kings of physical releases. I can’t imagine Bruce not wanting to be able to make some sort of deluxe editions for these albums (which previously all had special editions like 17 years ago).
