Default Celiacs

Anyother Celiac's out there? Or am I the only one who can't have wheat lol? So what, I can't eat cheeseburgers, drink beer or eat 90% of what normal people eat. I can however sell my rare blood at $500 a pop, so that makes it somewhat worth it. And I always have an excuse to drink bourbon as much as I want, because I can't drink beer in a bar, lol so nobody can b***h at me when I drink whiskeys at 9am, while they drink left over beer.

I'm not too familiar with that condition, but can you not drink beer due to the gluten content? If so, there's some good brews out there that are gluten free

I, too, am not that familiar with that condition. Thinking about it kind of makes me feel like I take a lot the foods I eat "for granted". My aunt is allergic to flour. Really weird since that started later in her life. She became allergic to flour in her teens. She can't eat bread, cake, pastries, and being Taiwanese, the one that really hurts the most is she can't eat noodles.... at all. Not even a bite without feeling sick. Too much and she gets hives.

Can you have even a little? What happens if you ingest (too much) wheat/gluten?

Yeah, I am gluten intolerant which means anything wheat makes me really sick. So if it doesn't have a label I can't eat it. I've tried Red Bridge which tastes like Bud Light, but considering it takes me like 20 beers to feel a buzz, and you can get much better results without drinking till your stomach burst with bourbon, I stick with the hard stuff.

You'd be very surprised to see some of the things that are made with wheat that you would never have considered. I was misdiagnosed my entire life, I had all the symptoms from age 5, but didn't find out what I had till 21. It won't kill me or anything, but I suffered from severe migrains, rapid weight gain and loss, you have a really hard time digesting food and keeping it down. So once I found out what my problem was, I became much healthier. It is a major inconvenience when you wanna just go out to dinner with friends, but I usually just eat before I leave and meet them out, lol. Can't say much good comes out of having it, but like I said there are companies who pay very well to study the blood of those afflicted with auto-immune diseases. So when I need some extra cash, I just donate and get $500 cash in hand for 30 minutes of sitting, haha.
