Default Hewlett-Packard customer service disappointing

I found that HP's before you buy service disappointing. I sent an e-mail asking if BD model will be available, the answer, completely did not answer my question. My other e-mail was responded with the same tone. My further e-mail (I sent a total of about 10 e-mail after those first 2), WAS NOT ANSWERED.

Just to let you guys know....
I think they blacklisted me because of asking about BD all the time, while I sent them e-mail of mostly the same content because my previous questions are unanswered. I think I will try to use different name and e-mail to test if they really blacklist my e-mail and my name.

I think, just like universal, their bosses get some money from HD DUD, that they ban the words BD.

The autoreply said that it will be responded within 2 WORKING DAYS.

Anybody knows if HP actually do some research over the internet regarding protests from customers?
