Default Blu-ray recordable specification book

Does anybody know a link or another possibility to access the Blu-Ray specification book for the recordable Blu-Ray with inorganic or organic materials? I’m more interested in the layer structure (thickness, homogeneity, alloys) for inorganic or in the dye properties for a organic ones!

Thank you in advance!

Thank you for the answer,
Unfortunately I need more details like
what kind of alloys do they use for the protective layer (for example Si or SiN) or what kind of alloys do the have for the reflective one.
All this details are in the official “Specification Book” unfortunately this book is too expensive.
Thank you again!

ow.. details till molecular level are a bit too precious I think for the manufacturers to release for everyone and every evil company that wants to steal Blu-ray Disc technology...

Well you are not fully right.
These details are also listed, there are different specifications. For example there are big manufactories in India and Taiwan where the media are produced. And these factories are actually requiring the material that one can use for manufacturing this media and they are also buying the machines to produce them from the manufacturer of CD and DVD replication systems that offer a comprehensive line of optical disc manufacturing processes like Unaxis or Singulus.

Try to figure out:
“I’m telling you that for a DVD 9 prerecordable you need a semitransparent layer of TTP 45 alloy with 10 nm thickness and 2% homogeneity because Moser Bear India wants this and these requirements are written on their web site”.
It means nothing…This is not a very precious information anymore. The precious information is the method you do this and the method, as long as you have’it, is the same if you spread Silver or Aluminium or whatsoever on your discs.
Talking about the Blu-Ray technology, from theoretical point of you is not big deal, is not a special intellectual challenge anymore and the ingredients are more or less known, well actually I called the people from Sony and asked about the book, what is difficult is the recipe telling you how to mix these ingredients and get a reasonable media in the end…

Best!
