Default The Ultimate Matrix Collection (UK version)

I was just wondering if anyone had the UK version of the Matrix Collection.

I just want to know what's included in the whole package, is the PQ/AQ the same, and is the packaging the same as U.S. packaging (I'm OCD)?

Thanks.

PQ/AQ is the same, not sure if there's a trilogy box but I would imagine the films come in AMARAY case(s).

basically the UK version is the same in specs wise. it only includes 3 discs.

the US version includes 7 disc. it has the animatrix and another bonus disc.

and do u mean The Complete Matrix Trilogy? the uk one does't say The Ultimate Matrix Collection

They also come in their own Amaray case instead of the slim cases.

i recommend getting the UK version if your looking for just the matrix movies. no reason to spend so much extra money on the US version if you don't want the extras or the Animatrix.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Matrix-Reloa...2581634&sr=8-1 - check out the customer images.

If you're OCD and the rest of your collection is US on the shelf, then this might be noticeable as having the thicker amaray cases... if its going to be displayed on its own or with the card box spine facing outwards, then you won't notice the difference. The transfer is the same but it doesn't include the animatrix.

What I know: The UK box set is of the 3 theatrical films, and does not include The Animatrix. The box is the same, but has a photo of Neo, Morpheus, and Trinity w/ a "Matrix Trilogy" logo, whereas the U.S. box just has an "Ultimate Matrix Collection" logo and no cast photos.

What I don't know: Whether or not they have all the supplemental material in the U.S. set (the U.S. version has a 2 DVD - one double sided set called The Matrix Experiance, which has even more supplemental stuff that's not on the individual BDs).

From the customer photos at amazon.co.uk - it just contains 3 BDs, one for each film, so I think its pretty safe to say they aren't included.

Indeed, the main movie discs are the same as in the US version, so if the special features aren't on those then they're not included.
