Default Street Fighter IV or BlazBlue?

If you could buy one or the other right now, which would you choose and why? I'm a bit stumped with this decision. Amazon has both on sale for $19.99.

I'm tempted to get BlazBlue, since Super Street Fighter IV comes out in a couple of weeks. However, I've wanted both games for a long time.

Please let me know your thoughts on this one. I'd love to hear from some avid 2D fighter fans. Thanks!

Good to know. I pretty much own every other iteration of the Street Fighter series, mostly on Dreamcast, with one or two on PS1. For whatever reason though, I haven't bought SFIV yet.

I am also a fan of the Guilty Gear series, so I'm very interested in BlazBlue as well. Heck, I'm a just a big 2D/3D fighter fan, so they're all great. I'm loving the 2D resurgence.

I like both games and if you are planning on getting super street fighter iv, then I'd get blaz blue to hold you off until then or wait until ssfiv comes out. I have sfiv and I'm going to be picking up ssfiv as well. Might as well just get one.

There's another Blazblue game coming out this summer, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift.

I'd go for Super Street Fighter IV in a few weeks.

Watching that woman's chest in Blaz Blue animate is worth the $20 bucks for me.

Seriously,
They are both great games. Get them both for $40. But if you can afford only one get Street Fighter. But practice b4 you go online or you will get your ass handed back to you by a 12yr old.

Thanks guys. I already picked up the Tekken 6 Collector's Edition, which includes the Hori Tekken limited edition fight stick for $79, so I'm good there.

I ended up picking Street Fighter IV for $19.67 shipped from Amazon. I threw in the Dark City Blu-ray for $9.99, so I got free shipping on everything. I'll eventually pick up BlazBlue:Calamity Trigger and also Super Street Fighter IV. Like I said, I'm a sucker for fighting games, so I'll end up getting all of them.

Oh, and I'll practice plenty before going online, and I'll probably still get pwned by 12 year olds.
