Default Sure, They're Your Grandpa's Age.....But They Can Take Out An Army Single-Handedly!

These films all have a revenge and/or redemption factor in common for the main character (albeit from different angles).....but more importantly.....all of them feature hella old guys who kick some major arse.

Edge Of Darkness. Haven't seen it yet, but listed it anyway.

Taken. Liam Neeson is as intimidating as a Care Bear with a knife compared to the other characters listed. It was cool the first viewing, but it quickly lost it's luster after the second time around.

Harry Brown. It's not a bad movie, but it's pace is sooooo bloody slowwwww that Michael Caine could run a 10,000 mile marathon before it ends. He doesn't turn on 'bada** mode' until the 55 min. mark, but it's great to see Alfred take out some scumbags. It's actually kinda gory. Worth a viewing.

I'm torn between the last three, so I voted for each of them......

Rambo IV. What can I say? Seeing Stallone literally turn people into Swiss cheese with a .50 cal machine gun is cinematic perfection. If you're a guy and don't like this movie....then please get your testosterone levels checked-out.

Gran Torino. Clint Eastwood plays quite possibly the best 'cranky old man' character (who's also not afraid to throw-down with young thugs) ever. His facial expressions are comedic genius.

The Limey. Terrance Stamp is the embodiment of 'cool' in this. One of my favorite movies of all-time. Kneel before Zod? You better, before he throws you off a cliff!

So, from the films listed.....which of these old grandpa dudes kicks the most a**? If none, then choose "other" and tell us who.
