Unable to play "Waiting" - Blu-ray Forum

Waiting... froze 3 times and after ejecting it it wont pass the loading screen. Put in another bd AND IT PLAYS FINE. Anyone else have a problem with this movie on a Sammy 1200 ?

Make sure you have the latest firmware update installed. My copy locked up about 15 min into the movie the first time I watched, but I've watched it a couple times since and it worked perfectly each time. Good luck

The Sammy say the latest firmware is installed .

If it still doesn't pass the load screen, I'd suggest replacing it with another copy. Could be a defective disc. You're not the first person I've heard from having problems with this title.

OK . I used the reset option on my Sammy 1200 and now it plays

It's in the manual. Hold the fast forward (3 o'clock on the round control) on the box for approx 5-10 seconds without a disc inserted.

It's all around an ok title. Pq is good for a small budget movie and Sq is uncompressed 7.1. I really like Ryan Reynolds and his smart-ass persona, and it has its funny moments. Its one of those you'll either like it or hate it movies.

I liked it. Ryan Reynolds is funny. The PQ was really good I thought, but the 7.1PCM didnt impress, mainly because its mostly dialogue...all I could make out of the rear chanels was a couple dishes clanging around, and some restaraunt chatter.

I bought the movie, and one I will keep. I also have National Lampoon's Van Wilder on pre-order. This movie was funny as shit, and hopefully will make better use of the 7.1

Very true. I loved it and didn't buy the sd version knowing I was about to get into BR. I would say that if you liked Clerks, you'll like this one.
