Does the german release have english subtitles?

On german amazon it says it only has german subtitles
But here it says it has both german and english

And is the Transfer the same as the US?

Not on the 2 DVD Fan Edition so no reason why they'd be on the Bluray.

Your link is for a site that also reviews releases that may look German but are slightly different (Austrian/Swiss) or they just have it wrong.
