HELP! Ideas for a projector in this room...

My parents are wanting a projector in this room. The current plan is to attach a drop down screen to the piece of trim in between the large set of windows and the smaller top set of windows. I will try to attach a picture(s) so you experts can help with ideas for what kind of projector, lumen count, screen type, etc. I want all suggestions on this please!!!! Thanks.

Room dimensions : 16' wide, 24' long. Window trim piece is 8' off the ground on that window set.
